This interactive class is designed to help people in influential leadership positions to understand their responsibilities and to reflect on their ethos and philosophy.
It gives opportunities to objectively analyse how they are currently doing using practical and easy self-assessment exercises. It also stimulates discussion to generate ideas and strategies to embed an ethical approach to leadership from the top. 

As a result of this class, delegates will be able to:

• Reflect on what they can do to act ethically. 
• Accurately assess, as an individual and as teams, the current impact of their leadership. 
• Develop new strategies to promote and embed ethical leadership.
