Sustaining Excellence  

Sustaining excellence is often considered harder than achieving it. This interactive class will provide opportunities for delegates to reflect upon what success and excellence means to them and to gain advice, guidance and tips in order to build upon and maintain exceptional performance and morale.
It will highlight key qualities, behaviours and attitudes that are essential in sustaining excellence over a long period. 

This class will encourage and enable delegates to:

• Understand more about what sustained success and excellence means to them.
• Be aware of how to build an open and inclusive culture.
• Identify and implant strategies in order to ensure long-term success. 
• Use proven research tools and diagnostics to encourage colleagues to become fully engaged, confident and ambitious for the future.

Cost:
The class costs £49 per person. If you are booking just for yourself, then the cost is £49.
