Ethical and Authentic Leadership  

This interactive class will give delegates the opportunity to think about morals, ethics, values and ethical behaviour and how they are deployed in their organisation. It will allow them to consider case studies and scenarios and to understand more about forms of ethical leadership in different contexts including personal authenticity.

On completion of this class, delegates will be able to:

• Deepen their knowledge and understanding of ethical leadership. 
• Use research and evidence-based diagnostics to assess how individuals, teams and organisations are performing in an ethical manner. 
• Reflect on their behaviours and practices.
