Creating Healthy Workplaces and Teams  

This interactive class will explore what are the defining characteristics of healthy workplaces and teams. It will allow delegates, using proven diagnostics, to assess just how healthy their workplace or teams are and provide them with an agenda or action plan to bring about improvements.

On completion of this class the delegates will have:

• A clear and accurate assessment of how healthy their workplace or team is. 
• A deeper knowledge and understanding of what makes for a healthy workplace / team. 
• A plan or ideas to implement strategies for improvement. 

Cost:
The class costs £49 per person. If you are booking just for yourself, then the cost is £49.
