Growing Your Own Talent  

A diverse range of research and evidence-based models and diagnostics will be part of this interactive and very practical class. It covers assessments of performance and the potential of individuals and teams, ways of identifying accurate 'rising stars' and checklists and guidance for designing and implementing talent management strategies.

At the end of this class delegates will be able to:

* Recognise and understand more about best practice in talent management. 
* Identify ways to spot, develop and nurture talent. 
* Be aware of many successful approaches and ideas to develop the talent of colleagues.
