This interactive class will help delegates to develop a broader perspective and see the bigger picture. It provides opportunities to reflect on strategic awareness, how it differs from operational management and why it is important.

As new leaders move up the leadership ladder, they inevitably become involved in a transition from operational management to strategic leadership. For many this is a big step. Those skills developed as an operational manager, such as an eye for detail, provide essential tools for strategic leadership. But not everyone makes the transition easily. 

At the end of this class delegates will be able to:

• Use the advice, guidance and tips to develop a broader and more strategic approach. 
• Adopt a more visionary leadership style. 
• View things from a broader perspective.
