Building Outstanding Teams  

Excellent teams are based on trust, with trust anything is possible. In order to develop a winning team those responsible will need to be aware of complementary skills and talents, how to manage conflict successfully and how to generate a can-do attitude and “team spirit".

This interactive class will enable team leaders and teams to:
• Assess the team’s current impact and performance.
• Understand and agree key strategic goals and develop a shared vision. 
• Work together to plan for improvement and a win-win team approach. 
• Recognise and be able to identify characteristics of outstanding teams. . 

Cost:
The class costs £49 per person. If you are booking just for yourself, then the cost is £49.
