Delegation and Empowerment  

Empowerment is simply delegation done properly i.e. the terms are no different from each other.
This practical and interactive class includes assessment diagnostics to show current strengths and areas for improvement. It demonstrates best practice, explores case studies and looks in detail at delegation in practice. 

On completing this class, participants will be able to:

• Assess their current skills. 
• Understand more about effective and ineffective delegation.
• Appreciate more the benefits of empowerment. 
• Develop an action plan to improve delegation in their areas of responsibility.

Cost:
The class costs £49 per person. If you are booking just for yourself, then the cost is £49.
