Influencing Skills for Leaders

In terms of social skills and relationship management the ability to influence and have an impact is often considered the most important quality.

This interactive class allows delegates to explore proven influencing strategies and when and how to deploy them. There will also be opportunities to develop and improve skills to have a positive impact.

On completion of this class delegates will have developed their ability to:

• Have a positive impact on others. 
• Persuade and convince others. 
• Encourage colleagues to support their ideas.
• Command attention and ensure people listen.

Cost:
The class costs £49 per person. If you are booking just for yourself, then the cost is £49.
