Situational leadership and management

By participating in this class, delegates will be able to find what their default or preferred style is. They will also be able to learn more about the differences between leadership and management and gain more insight into the way they lead and manage others.

At the end of this interactive class delegates will be able to:

• Understand more about their preferred leadership style and its pros and cons
• Apply different styles in the most appropriate contexts and situations
• Learn how to develop their leadership styles
